If your camera does not recognise the Micro SD card please go into settings and format the card, only use this option if you don’t have any photos already saved on the card, as this will erase the data.

Go into the settings ( long press the up button) and format the card. If that still doesn’t work, please try to reset the camera as described in the instructions.

You can access Settings by long pressing the “up” arrow, scroll down and you’ll find Date and Time use the camera/shutter button to ok and change the date and time.

Either use the provided cable to connect to your PC, or use a Micro SD card reader. When transferring directly to your phone or tablet via a card reader, please go to your files app, there will be a new generated folder for your Micro SD Card, usually named”NO NAME”, you will find all your images in there.
