Reset

Hold the On/Off button for 10 seconds. If this does not work plug the camera into a charging source. Use a pin to press the reset hole for 30 seconds. It will Automatically restore the factory settings.

Printing

  • Pull open the cover
  • Insert the paper sheets (use the coloured dot on the back of the paper as a guide for the correct direction).
  • Close the cover and get back to printing!

All other instant print cameras:

Make sure your camera is set to its best printing settings:

  1. Head into the Settings menu
  2. Adjust the print quality and print density to their maximum levels
  3. Save the changes and try printing again

Resetting the camera

If you’re experiencing any issues, a quick reset can often help:

  1. Plug the camera into a power source using the USB cable
  2. Locate the small reset hole next to the USB socket
  3. Using a SIM card ejector pin (or similar tool), press and hold the reset button
  4. Power on the camera while continuing to hold the reset button down
  5. Keep holding for at least 30 seconds, then release

Loading the paper correctly

For smooth and clear printing:

  1. Insert a fresh roll of compatible paper
  2. Make sure to pull out around 2 inches (5cm) of paper from the top before your first print

Check your Micro-SD Card

Ensure your memory card is correctly inserted for smooth operation:

  1. Your camera supports a maximum 32GB Micro-SD card, as noted on page 3 of the user manual
  2. Please note: Only some cameras include a Micro-SD card, as clearly stated on our packaging and product pages
